Antique Square Form Lantern
The beauty of this lantern lies in the glass panels which are original and show thickening and swirling patterns in them typical of old glass. They are all intact. Please note that on two sides, the brass tabs which hold the glass in place have broken off and have been replaced by wire to hold the glass in place.
Sitting in a simple brass frame which has been allowed to age to a dark patina. The top edge of the frame has a scalloped pattern and hangs from a dome shaped criss cross formation.
Not recommended for outdoor use.
Size 40cm high. 23cm wide.
Price includes wiring with 1 metre of dark brown braided triple flex. There is a wide choice of colours available if you wished to discuss alternatives. Additional length cable available at a small extra cost. Price includes chain and hooked ceiling plate.
Lights are rewired using a new B22 bayonet bulb holder and will be independently PAT tested prior to dispatch. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.
Please note that vintage lighting may have some light age-related scratches and marks or slight manufacturing flaws.
