Antique French Table Lamp Caduseus – Rod of Hermes
This impressive table lamp is a true statement piece and a real work of art. Standing tall, it features two entwined snakes each one holding the cable for a suspended glass shade. Full of detail from top to bottom.
Influenced by Roman mythology and representing the rod carried by Hermes which had two serpents twined around it.
Fitted with two antique ribbed glass shades with frilled edge.
Size 71cm tall, 42cm wide, Weight 4.3kg
Wired with approximately 2 metres of antique style braided triple flex in antique gold. Fitted with new B22 bayonet bulb holders PAT tested prior to dispatch.
