Many of our items are very delicate, therefore careful packaging and delivery is of prime importance to us – and you too. We are unable to offer free delivery on most items due to the substantial packaging and boxing required. We use tracked delivery for peace of mind.
Collection direct from us
You may prefer to personally collect your purchase from us. If so, please ring or email info@ashbyinteriors.co.uk to arrange an appointment and select ‘pick up’ as your delivery option which will incur no delivery charge as you check out.
UK Delivery
We have carefully selected couriers who we feel offer the most trusted service. Your lighting order will be wired, PAT tested and carefully packaged to order in 7-10 working days. Other items which do not require wiring will be posted within 3 days. However, if your purchase is urgently required, please get in touch prior to purchase and we will endeavour to post to you as quickly as possible. If you require a special next day delivery, this can be arranged following payment by the customer of the extra charge.
Delivery outside of the UK
We are more than happy to ship outside of the UK. However, we will need to obtain a shipping price for you. Please contact us by email with your address and we can obtain a shipping price for you.
