Customise your light by selecting cable
Most of our antique lighting and hand made lighting is wired to order. The reason for this is that it enables us to offer our customers a choice of cable colours to match to the décor of their room. We keep a stock of the most popular colours at our workshop in antique style three core twist fabric. Our stock colours include Black, Dark Brown, Havana Brown, Antique Gold, Cyprus Green, Gold, Silver Grey and Red.
The most traditional colour for art nouveau chandeliers and table lamps is antique gold. There is often a worn piece of cable still in place when we acquire new stock. We always replace this old cable as well as the old bulb holders so that our lighting works as good as new and we always PAT test prior to dispatch.
So, back to the colour – the choice really is yours. If none of the colours we hold in stock appeal to you, we are happy to order in the colour of your choice at no extra cost. We have ordered bright yellow, neon pink and turquoise cable for customers and these bright colours can look especially effective with white glass lighting. So, don’t forget to add that personal touch and customise your light. It’s the attention to detail that make a room perfect don’t you think.
