We specialise in restoring antique lighting – more specifically the Arts and Crafts and Art Nouveau eras with rare pieces from designers such as WAS Benson, FC Osler and the Birmingham Guild. We also have a large stock of Art Deco Opaline Glass pendant lights.
Our Hand Made Ashby Collection
We also manufacture our own collection of lighting based on designs from the early 20th century. This range is customised to suit our customer’s specification with a choice of metal finishes, vaseline glass shades and cable colours.
Hand Made Vaseline Glass Shades
Our Ashby Collection incorporates vaseline glass shades made for us by a UK based artisan glass blower who follows the methods and styles of the early 20th century. We can also supply these shades separately.
Manufacture of Bespoke Lighting
We also manufacture bespoke lighting from our workshop in South Derbyshire. We have worked hand in hand with high profile customers to design and manufacture unique lighting. This process can start with a sketch or a photo if we have enough photographs we can generate models from these, utilising CAD and 3D printing, through to manufacture. Our manufacturing capability includes machining using CNC and manual milling and turning, metal spinning on-site and metal fabrication Projects range from an individual piece to a production run.
