Square Arts and Crafts Lantern
A most unusual original arts and crafts era lantern. Square sided and glazed with frosted glass. The copper frame has some simple beaten shape on the underside of the top edge and is suspended by chains and is topped with fancy iron scroll work which has a black painted finish.
Lantern has a round access hole in the copper base and also has a hinged glass panel on one side.

Height from bottom of lantern to top of scroll work 50cm. Width 20cm at widest point. Weight 2kg
Fitted with a new bayonet fitting (size B22). PAT tested prior to dispatch.
Supplied with 1 metre of antique gold twisted cable matching suspension chain and a hooked ceiling plate.

Please note that antique lighting may have slight imperfections and scratches. Please examine photos for more detail of condition. It is these marks which give the item the unmistakable patina which antique lighting has.
